* WHAT...For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 

  27 expected. For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing temperatures as 

  low as 25 possible.



* WHERE...Portions of east central and northeast Kansas and central, 

  north central, northwest, and west central Missouri.



* WHEN...For the Freeze Warning, from midnight tonight to 9 AM CDT 

  Monday. For the Freeze Watch, from late Monday night through 

  Tuesday morning.



* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other 

  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor 

  plumbing.
