* WHAT...For the Dense Fog Advisory, visibility 1/4 mile or less. 

  For the Heat Advisory, heat index values around 100 expected.



* WHERE...Burke and Mountrail Counties.



* WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 9 AM CDT this morning. 

  For the Heat Advisory, from 1 PM to 7 PM CDT Wednesday.



* IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat 

  illnesses. Low visibility will make driving conditions hazardous.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of 

the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.



Take extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose 

fitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning 

or evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion and 

heat stroke.



If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of 

distance ahead of you.
