  southwest Georgia.



* WHEN...From 4 AM EDT /3 AM CDT/ to 9 AM EDT /8 AM CDT/ Thursday.



* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive 

  outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
