* WHAT...Temperatures of 34 to 37 degrees, light winds, and humid 

  conditions will result in frost formation.



* WHERE...The northern foothills and northwest Piedmont of North 

  Carolina as well as Buncombe, Transylvania, and Henderson Counties.



* WHEN...Until 9 AM EDT this morning.



* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive 

  outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
