...FREEZE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 2 AM TO 9 AM EDT FRIDAY...



* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures in the upper 20s to lower 30s 

  expected.



* WHERE...Portions of northeast Kentucky, southeast Ohio, southwest 

  Virginia, and central, southern, and western West Virginia.



* WHEN...From 2 AM to 9 AM EDT Friday.



* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other 

  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor 

  plumbing.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The coldest temperatures will be across 

  valley locations, with a hard freeze possible in some areas.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
