  Southern Franklin, Southwestern St. Lawrence, Western Clinton, and 

  Western Essex Counties.



* WHEN...Until 8 PM EDT this evening.



* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree 

  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
