* WHAT...Southwest winds 15 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph 

  expected.



* WHERE...Clinton, Franklin, Northern St. Lawrence, Southwestern St. 

  Lawrence, and Western Essex Counties.



* WHEN...From 11 AM this morning to 8 PM EDT this evening.



* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree 

  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest period of winds are expected 

  between noon and 5 PM today.
