...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 400 PM CDT

FOR NORTHEASTERN PECOS...SOUTHERN REAGAN...SOUTHEASTERN CRANE AND

SOUTHERN UPTON COUNTIES...



At 348 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line

extending from 14 miles northeast of Rankin to 24 miles south of

McCamey, moving east at 40 mph.



HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to 

         roofs, siding, and trees.



Locations impacted include...

McCamey, Rankin, Iraan, Iraan Municipal Airport, Best, Upton County

Airport, Bakersfield, and Girvin.



This includes Interstate 10 between mile markers 279 and 317.
