...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 400 PM CDT

FOR NORTHEASTERN PECOS...SOUTHERN REAGAN...SOUTHEASTERN CRANE AND

UPTON COUNTIES...



At 309 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line

extending from 9 miles northwest of Rankin to 23 miles southwest of

McCamey, moving east at 30 mph.



HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to 

         roofs, siding, and trees.



Locations impacted include...

McCamey, Rankin, Iraan, Iraan Municipal Airport, Best, Upton County

Airport, Bakersfield, King Mountain, and Girvin.



This includes Interstate 10 between mile markers 272 and 317.
