...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 715 PM CDT

FOR NORTHEASTERN RANDALL AND SOUTHEASTERN POTTER COUNTIES...



At 656 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line

extending from 5 miles east of Amarillo to Mescalero Park, moving

south at 10 mph.



HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.



SOURCE...Trained weather spotters.



IMPACT...Minor damage to roofs, siding, and trees is possible. Hail 

         damage to vehicles is expected.



Locations impacted include...

Amarillo, Canyon, Lake Tanglewood, Mescalero Park, and Timbercreek

Canyon.
