SOUTHEASTERN FAYETTE AND NORTHEASTERN MARION COUNTIES IN SOUTH

CENTRAL ILLINOIS...



At 823 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Farina, or 19

miles northeast of Salem, moving east at 30 mph.



HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to

         roofs, siding, and trees.



Locations impacted include...

  Farina and La Clede.



This includes Interstate 57 in Illinois near exit 135.
