...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 415 PM CDT

FOR NORTHWESTERN COWLEY...SOUTHEASTERN SEDGWICK...SOUTHWESTERN BUTLER

AND NORTHEASTERN SUMNER COUNTIES...



At 336 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line

extending from 7 miles northeast of Douglass to near Clearwater,

moving south at 10 mph.



HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to 

         roofs, siding, and trees.



Locations impacted include...

Wichita, Derby, Andover, Haysville, Augusta, Park City, Bel Aire,

Mulvane, Goddard, Rose Hill, Maize, Clearwater, Douglass, Belle

Plaine, Towanda, Benton, Udall, Downtown Wichita, Kechi, and

Eastborough.



This includes the following highways...

 Interstate 135 between Mile Markers 0 and 13.

 Interstate 35 between Mile Markers 22 and 66.
