COUNTIES...



At 320 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line

extending from 11 miles northeast of Smithfield to 7 miles west of

Fremont to 9 miles west of Goldsboro to near Bowdens to 6 miles east

of Clinton, moving east at 65 mph.



HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile 

         homes, roofs, and outbuildings.



Locations impacted include...

Mar-Mac, Micro, Elroy, Seven Springs, Kenly, Lucama, Buckhorn

Reservoir, Goldsboro, Willbanks, and Grantham.
