FOR WAYNE...NORTHEASTERN SAMPSON...WILSON AND EASTERN JOHNSTON

COUNTIES...



At 313 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line

extending from near Smithfield to 15 miles west of Fremont to 13

miles northwest of Mount Olive to 10 miles northwest of Bowdens to

near Clinton, moving east at 55 mph.



HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile 

         homes, roofs, and outbuildings.



Locations impacted include...

Pine Level, Mar-Mac, Micro, Elroy, Flowers, Seven Springs, Selma,

Smithfield, Kenly, and Lucama.
