* WHERE...Bath, Fleming, Montgomery, and Rowan Counties.



* WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to midnight EST tonight.



* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous 

  conditions could impact the Tuesday evening commute.
