TO 1 AM EST WEDNESDAY...



* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 1 and 3

  inches falling mainly during the evening commute.  Locally higher

  amounts possible in the higher terrain of Preston and Tucker

  Counties.



* WHERE...A portion of northern West Virginia.



* WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 1 AM EST Wednesday.



* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous

  conditions will impact the Tuesday evening commute.
