Heavy snow showers may reduce visibility to 1/4 mile or less at times. * WHERE...Central Alaska Peninsula, Chignik, and Southern Alaska Peninsula. * WHEN...Until noon AKDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 15 minutes.
