Summit, the Elliott Highway from MP 32 to MP 134, Prospect Creek,

the Dalton Highway from MP 0 to MP 38, the Dalton Highway from MP

39 to MP 164, Gobblers Knob, Livengood, the Steese Highway from

MP 85 to MP 124, Eagle Summit, Circle Hot Springs, and Finger

Mountain

* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow. Total snow accumulations of 1 to 3 

  inches. Winds could gust as high as 55 mph.



* WHERE...Dalton, Elliott, and Steese Highway Summits.



* WHEN...From 9 AM Tuesday to 3 AM AKST Thursday.



* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult at times. Areas of blowing 

  snow could significantly reduce visibility. Strongest winds are 

  expected over Dalton Highway Summits
