* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult. Areas of blowing snow could 

  reduce visibility to 1/2 mile or less at times.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Periods of blowing snow and strong northerly 

  winds through early Friday. The Bering Strait Coast and especially 

  Brevig Mission may have periods of 1/4 mile visibility with 

  blowing snow.

* IMPACTS...Travel may be difficult, especially during periods of 

  the lowest visibility. The lowest visibility will be around 1/4 to 

  1/2 mile at times, especially around Shaktoolik. Wind chills may 

  be as low as -50F to -60F along the entire Eastern Norton Sound 

  Coast
