Visibility has increased to above one-half mile across Platinum and 

Goodnews Bay this afternoon. Blowing snow is still likely through 

Saturday with gusty northerly winds continuing. However, visibility 

is no longer expected to drop to one-half mile across the area.

* WHAT...Blowing snow. Winds gusting as high as 30 to 45 mph. 

  Visibility reduced to one-half mile or less at times.



* WHERE...Kuskokwim Delta Coast and Nunivak Island.



* WHEN...Until 5 AM AKDT Sunday.



* IMPACTS...Visibilities reduced to one half mile or less due to 

  blowing snow.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The worst conditions are expected north and 

  west of Kipnuk; specifically across Nelson Island/Toksook Bay 

  where isolated blizzard conditions will continue at times.
