* WHAT...Blowing snow. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.



* WHERE...Eastern Beaufort Sea Coast.



* WHEN...Until 3 PM AKDT this afternoon.



* IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/2 mile due to falling and 

  blowing snow. Significantly reduced visibility and large snow 

  drifts may make travel difficult. Wind chill values around 60 

  below zero are expected through Saturday morning.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Conditions are expected to improve throughout 

  the day.
