* WHAT...Blizzard conditions expected. Total snow accumulations up 

  to one inch. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.



* WHERE...Eastern Beaufort Sea Coast.



* WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 10 AM AKDT Saturday.



* IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and 

  blowing snow. Travel may be impacted. Areas of blowing snow could 

  significantly reduce visibility.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Travel should be restricted to emergencies only. If you must travel, 

have a winter survival kit with you. If you get stranded, stay with 

your vehicle.

  blowing snow. Travel may be difficult in near blizzard conditions. 

  Large snow drifts may develop that could make travel difficult.
