* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow expected. Total snow accumulations 

  between 1 to 3 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.



* WHERE...Eastern Beaufort Sea Coast.



* WHEN...Until 4 PM AKDT Thursday.



* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult. Areas of blowing snow could 

  reduce visibility to a quarter mile at times.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...After a lull in winds this afternoon, 

  westerly winds will pick up by Tuesday evening and continue 

  through Thursday.
