  between 1 to 3 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.



* WHERE...Eastern Beaufort Sea Coast.



* WHEN...Until 4 AM AKDT Thursday.



* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult. Areas of blowing snow could 

  reduce visibility to as low as a half mile at times.
