* WHERE...Eastern Beaufort Sea Coast.



* WHEN...From 4 AM Tuesday to 4 AM AKDT Thursday.



* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult. Areas of blowing snow could 

  reduce visibility to as low as a half mile at times.
