  East Central Roosevelt County in east central New Mexico...



* Until 1245 AM MDT.



* At 1215 AM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 8 miles south of 

  Arch, or 18 miles southeast of Portales, moving southeast at 20 

  mph.



  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.



  SOURCE...Radar indicated.



  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind

           damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

  Causey and Rogers.
