  Northwestern Kinney County in south central Texas...

  Southeastern Val Verde County in south central Texas...



* Until 130 AM CDT.



* At 1241 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Val Verde

  Park, or near Del Rio, moving east at 30 mph.



  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.



  SOURCE...Radar indicated.



  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 

           to roofs, siding, and trees.



* Locations impacted include...

  Del Rio, Brackettville, Val Verde Park, Standart, Alamo Village,

  Amanda, Laughlin AFB, Escondido Estates, Lake Ridge Ranch, Fort

  Clark Springs, and Kickapoo Cavern State Park.
