FORECAST Maximum winds to 50 knots near the centre increasing to 75 knots by 1200 UTC 21 March. Winds above 64 knots within 20 nautical miles of centre from 0600 UTC 21 March with high to very high seas. Winds above 48 knots within 40 nautical miles in NE quadrant and within 40 nautical miles in SE quadrant and within 40 nautical miles in SW quadrant and within 40 nautical miles in NW quadrant with very rough to high seas and moderate swell.
