FORECAST Maximum winds to 85 knots near the centre (over land) decreasing to 50 knots by 1200 UTC 20 March, then increasing to 65 knots by 0000 UTC 21 March in the Gulf of Carpentaria. Winds above 64 knots within 20 nautical miles of centre over water from 0000 UTC 21 March with high seas.
