FORECAST Maximum winds to 105 knots near the centre decreasing to 60 knots by 0600 UTC 20 March as the system moves over the Cape York Peninsula. Winds above 64 knots within 35 nautical miles of centre until 0600 UTC 20 March with very high to phenomenal seas. Winds above 48 knots within 50 nautical miles of centre with high seas and moderate swell.
