* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, seas 9 to 12 ft at 14

  seconds. For the Hazardous Seas Warning, very steep and

  hazardous seas 10 to 14 ft at 13 seconds expected.



* WHERE...All area waters.



* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 5 AM PDT Tuesday. 

  For the Hazardous Seas Warning, from 5 AM to 5 PM PDT Tuesday.



* IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or 

  damage vessels. Bar crossings will become especially 

  treacherous.
