EVENING...



* WHAT...South winds around 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt and seas

  4 to 6 ft expected. Winds over the Gulf waters are likely to

  diminish to 15 knots and gusty by noon and continue through

  sunset, while winds over Laguna Madre will increase back to 20

  knots and gusty by late morning and continue through around

  sunset.



* WHERE...All Lower Texas Coastal Waters including the Laguna 

  Madre.



* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT Saturday.



* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The Advisory may be cancelled and replaced

  with Small Craft Exercise Caution by late this morning for the

  Gulf waters.
