* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 4 PM CDT this afternoon. 

  For the Small Craft Advisory, from 4 PM this afternoon to 7 AM 

  CDT Tuesday.



* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
