* WHAT...Northeast winds 10 to 20 kts with gusts up to 25 kts.

  Waves 2 to 5 ft on the bay and 3 to 6 ft on Lake Michigan,

  highest south of Kewaunee.



* WHERE...Lake Michigan nearshore waters from Washington Island 

  to Sheboygan, and Central and Southern Bay of Green Bay.



* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT Tuesday.



* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
