...GALE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM THIS EVENING TO 4 PM

EST FRIDAY...



* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, southwest winds 15 to 20 

  kt with gusts up to 30 kt and seas 3 to 6 ft. For the Gale 

  Warning, west winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and 

  seas 3 to 6 ft expected.



* WHERE...Intra Coastal Waters from Schoodic Point, ME to 

  Stonington, ME.



* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 1 AM EST early this 

  morning. For the Gale Warning, from 7 PM this evening to 4 PM 

  EST Friday.



* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could 

  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Southerly to southwest Small Craft Advisory

  winds this morning will briefly fall below SCA criteria early today.

  Winds will shift westerly and increase to Gale Warning criteria

  this afternoon.
