* WHERE...Waters from Eastport ME to Schoodic Point ME from 25 

  to 60 NM or the Hague Line and Waters from Schoodic Point ME 

  to Stonington ME from 25 to 60 NM.



* WHEN...From Tuesday afternoon through late Tuesday night.



* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could 

  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
