  though Wednesday morning with seas building to 4 to 5 ft. 

  Tropical Storm force winds possible from Wednesday evening until

  Thursday afternoon.



* IMPACTS...Tropical Storm force winds and hazardous seas could 

  capsize or damage vesselsand reduce visibility.
