  Coastal waters from Cameron LA to High Island TX out 20 NM...

  Sabine Lake...



* Until 630 AM CDT.



* At 506 AM CDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line

  extending from 25 nm northwest of Port Arthur to East Galveston

  Bay, moving east at 30 knots.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts to nearly 50 knots.



  SOURCE...Radar.



  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 

           suddenly higher waves.

  West Cameron 45, High Island 22, Port Arthur, West Cameron 53, High
