  Nearshore Waters from Northerly Island to Calumet Harbor...

  Nearshore Waters from Calumet Harbor to Michigan City...

  Open Waters from Wilmette Harbor to Michigan City out to Mid

Lake...



* Until 645 PM CDT.



* At 522 PM CDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line

  extending from 8 nm south of Midway Airport to 11 nm north of Burns

  Harbor, moving east at 30 knots.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots and small hail.



  SOURCE...Radar.



  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 

           suddenly higher waves.



* Locations impacted include...

  Calumet Harbor, Indiana Harbor, Burns Harbor, Marina Shores at Dune

  Harbor, 59th Street Marina, Hammond Marina, and Jackson Park

  Harbor.
