  Tampa Bay waters...



* Until 415 PM EDT.



* At 341 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line

  extending from near Old Tampa Bay to near Hillsborough Bay, moving

  southeast at 10 knots.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.



  SOURCE...Radar.



  IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots, suddenly higher 

           waves, frequent lightning, and heavy downpours. Make sure 

           all on board are wearing life jackets.



* Locations impacted include...

  Tampa Bay, Hillsborough Bay, Gandy Bridge, Old Tampa Bay, and

  Howard Frankland Bridge.
