* Until 130 AM EDT.

		

* At 1254 AM EDT, a waterspout was located 12 nm southeast of Spiegel

  Grove, moving east at 10 knots.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.



  SOURCE...Radar.



  IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots, suddenly higher 

           waves, frequent lightning, and heavy downpours.



* The waterspout will remain over mainly open waters.

Prepare for wind gusts in excess of 34 knots, steep and fast-building
