  Tidal Potomac from Cobb Island MD to Smith Point VA...

  Tidal Potomac from Indian Head to Cobb Island MD...



* Until 830 PM EDT.



* At 634 PM EDT, gust fronts were located along a line extending from

  Fort Hunt to Smallwood State Park to Fairview Beach, moving east at

  15 knots.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.



  SOURCE...Buoy.



  IMPACT...Boaters in small craft could be thrown overboard by 

           suddenly higher winds and waves capsizing their vessel.

  Yeocomico River, Potomac Creek, Breton Bay, Westmoreland State

  Park, Nanjemoy Creek, Quantico, Swan Point, Coltons Point, Gunston

  Hall, Coles Point, Saint George Island, Occoquan Bay, Popes Creek,

  Saint Clements Bay, Piney Point, Mouth Of The Potomac River,

  Maryland Point, Port Tobacco River, Leesylvania State Park, and

  Cobb Island.
