  Open waters from Avon Point OH to Geneva-on-the-lake OH...



* Until 930 AM EDT.



* At 832 AM EDT, showers capable of producing waterspouts were

  located along a line extending from 8 nm northeast of Fairport

  Harbor to 16 nm northwest of Willowick, moving east at 5 knots.



  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts to 40 knots.



  SOURCE...Radar.



  IMPACT...Waterspouts can create locally hazardous seas. Small 

           craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 

           suddenly higher waves.
