* At 820 PM HST, a developing thunderstorm was located over Oahu 

  leeward waters moving northeast at 20 knots.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.



  SOURCE...Radar.



  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 

           suddenly higher waves.



* Locations impacted include...

  FAD Buoy T, FAD Buoy O, FAD Buoy HH, FAD Buoy N, and Ilio Point.
