The trade-wind surge that was expected to bring strong, gusty winds

the rest of today has weakened considerably to allow seas and winds

to drop below levels hazardous to small craft. Even so, seas will

continue to remain choppy as dominant northeasterly swell and a

lingering northerly swell continue to mix in.
