* WHAT...Northeast winds 20 to 25 kt and seas 7 to 10 feet.



* WHERE...Majuro Coastal Waters.



* WHEN...Until 3 AM ChST Tuesday.



* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A combination of a significant easterly swell,

  northerly swell, and much higher wind waves, is producing sea

  conditions hazardous to small craft tonight. As winds and primary

  swell taper a bit overnight, seas will drop below hazardous levels

  of 10 feet. Even so, elevated choppy seas will continue for much of

  the forecast period, before hazardous conditions return by the

  weekend.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller vessels, 

should avoid boating in hazardous conditions.
