* WHAT...Seas 8 to 10 feet.



* WHERE...Marianas Coastal Waters.



* WHEN...Until 5 PM ChST Friday.



* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Elevated long-period north to northeast

  swells from distant low pressure systems will continue to

  produce hazardous seas of 8 to 10 feet across the Marianas

  coastal waters through at least Friday afternoon. Overall, long-

  period north to northeast swells gradually subside, but building

  east to northeast swell will keep seas elevated, potentially 

  remaining at hazardous levels of 8 to 10 feet at Tinian and 

  Saipan through the weekend.

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller

vessels, should avoid boating in hazardous conditions.
