* WHAT...Northeast winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and 

  building seas up to 12 ft expected.



* WHERE...Atlantic Waters of Puerto Rico and USVI from 10 NM to 

  19.5N, Coastal Waters of Northern Puerto Rico out 10 NM, Mona 

  Passage Southward to 17N, Coastal Waters of Northwestern 

  Puerto Rico out 10 NM and Coastal Waters of Southwestern 

  Puerto Rico out 10 NM.



* WHEN...From 6 AM Monday to 2 AM AST Thursday.



* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strengthening trade winds and pulses of a 

  long- period north-northwesterly swell will create dangerous 

  conditions for small craft through at least midweek.
