Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following creeks, washes and rivers... Milk Creek, Auger Creek, Hulsey Creek, San Francisco River, Coyote Creek, Turkey Creek, Paddy Creek, Nutrioso Creek and Romero Creek. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Alpine, Luna Lake and Escudilla Wilderness. - This includes the following highways... Highway 191 between mile markers 251 and 253. Highway 180 191 between mile markers 420 and 430.
