...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 730 PM CDT THIS EVENING...



* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive 

  rainfall is expected.



* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following 

  counties, Coke, Irion, Runnels, Sterling and Tom Green.



* WHEN...Until 730 PM CDT.



* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 430 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to

    thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream

    flooding. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.

  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...

    Northern San Angelo, Robert Lee, Blackwell, Maverick, Bronte,

    Miles, Carlsbad, Grape Creek, Water Valley, E.V. Spence

    Reservoir Near Paint Creek Recreation Area, San Angelo State

    Park, O.C. Fisher Reservoir, Broome, Orient, Tennyson, Arden,

    Fort Chadbourne, The Intersection Of Highway 208 And Ranch

    Road 2662, Us-87 Near The Coke-Tom Green County Line and The

    Intersection Of Highway 158 And Ranch Road 2059.

  - This includes the following Low Water Crossings...

    Howard and Webster, Ranch Road 853 crossing east Rocky Creek,

    FM 1692 crossing Sales Branch, Ranch Road 853 crossing Middle

    Concho River, FM 1692 crossing The Draw, RM 853 crossing Dry

    Draw, Ranch Road 859 crossing west Rocky Creek, Juniper Road

    crossing just east of Highway 277, Saynor crossing Mule Creek

    and Graham Valley crossing.
